Only faculty, students and other personnel affiliated to the University
of TOKYO are eligible to use the services of MSSA.
The service is available from March 15th, 2021 : available hours, 10:30
a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Please apply for all services by the application form by
12 p.m. at least 1 working day before you wish to use. (For example, to
read the newspapers on Monday, please apply by 12. p.m. on the preceding
Friday.)
